 Multimedia Page Design How to use a Grid.     Since reading this section my own personal photography and videos has improved drastically.  Having a visual that helps you visually split your screen into thirds is crazy helpful.  It also helps make sure whatever you are videoing stays in the frame perfectly in the middle. Organizing content on a page      I loved this section.  Just the slightest tweak in a layout can make or break your spread. Something I didn't know is you should put your pictures in a way it tells a story.  It's not only appealing to look at for the viewer.   But it also makes it easier for you when you need to edit videos.

 The eight elements of design     I never knew what all it took to become an element of design. The one that stuck out the most for me was color.  Color is something you see every day, however, I never knew how important it is to persuade or even motivate. Twelve Principles of Design affecting human perceptions.     I never thought of emphasis being such an important thing.  Some things such as contrast, color, depth, and proportion. Contrast and depth never in my head worked together.  Contrast and depth put together can be how your message or product stand out from your competitors.

 Planning and processing in multimedia Design Something that I loved was the importance of being organized and planning the things which you need to get done.  I love organization whether that be a calendar, notes, etc.  So when I saw things such as the script format and Screenplay format my inner organizer freak was ecstatic.  I love that this chapter helps set you up by showing how to organize everything in your head onto paper. Relationship between client and producer     I also really appreciated this section.  In my head, this important idea and the planning, processing, and organization all played together so importantly.  If you aren't organized yourself then how can you effectively communicate your idea? It also makes you look unprofessional if you aren't sure how all the little parts work together.

 Pop-out topics  Digital Revolution:     Living in a time period that so heavily relies on digital media I never thought to look back where we began.  Something as small as bits and bytes leads to a realization of just how computers "read" data to them is read by a series of just 1's and 0's. Compter's I have taken advantage of the pure ease and simplicity of my laptop.  Growing up my grandparents always told me just how big the early computers were.  I always assumed they were just over exaggerating because I mean how big could a screen, pc, keyboard, and mouse be? Naively I assumed computers always looked like what I know now... just supper sized like a big mac.  I was shocked just to see how computers truly filled a room and were no what I expected to see visually.
